Privacy policy

Your data should serve your goals.

Last updated: August 30, 2026

PeakForward is an adaptive performance coaching service in development. This policy explains the information we may process, why we use it, and the choices available to you. Connected health or fitness information is processed only for accounts that explicitly authorize access.

Information we may process

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, and authorization identifiers.
  • Early-access information, such as your name, email address, optional age range, primary goal, consent record, and submission timestamp.
  • Connected health and fitness information that you choose to authorize, which may include activity, sleep, body measurements, workouts, or recovery-related data.
  • Information you provide directly, such as goals, preferences, food or hydration entries, workout feedback, schedule constraints, and coaching conversations.
  • Technical and operational information, such as synchronization status, error records, timestamps, device or browser information, and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use authorized information to provide and improve performance coaching, personalize guidance, operate data connections, maintain continuity, protect the service, diagnose problems, and respond to support or privacy requests. Early-access information is used to evaluate interest, select and contact potential founding members, and administer the invitation process.

PeakForward does not sell personal or health information and does not use it for targeted advertising.

Connected services and providers

If you connect a third-party service, its own privacy terms also apply. Service providers may process information only as needed to host, secure, maintain, or support PeakForward. We seek to limit access to what is necessary for each function.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet legal obligations. You may disconnect an authorized service at any time. You may also request access to or deletion of your information, subject to legal and security requirements.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Early-access submissions use automated abuse controls, which may temporarily process a one-way hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The raw network address is not stored in the early-access lead record. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and PeakForward will continue to strengthen these safeguards as the product develops.

Performance coaching, not medical care

PeakForward provides fitness, nutrition, recovery, and behavior-oriented performance coaching. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional. Seek professional medical care for symptoms, injuries, emergencies, or decisions requiring clinical judgment.

Your choices

  • Choose whether to authorize a connected service and which permissions to grant.
  • Revoke a connection through the connected provider or PeakForward when available.
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PeakForward develops. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
